1. Introduction

Welcome to ICC – Indore Cricket Club (Silicon City & Kanadia Branch).

2. Services We Provide

Our academy/club offers the following services:

  • Cricket Coaching (Kids to Adults)

  • Ground & Nets Booking

  • Tournament Packages

  • Monthly Training Programs

  • Practice Sessions (Day & Night

3. Registration & Membership Policy

  • The registration form must be filled with complete and accurate details.

  • Providing incorrect information may lead to cancellation of admission.

  • Membership fees are non-refundable.

  • Membership or coaching cannot be transferred to another person.

  • The academy holds the right to terminate membership anytime due to misconduct or disciplinary issues.

4. Coaching Fee & Payment Policy

  • Monthly Fees: ₹3000 (Day Session)

  • Night Session Fees: ₹4500

  • Fees must be paid in advance at the beginning of the month.

  • Fees can be paid through both online and offline modes.

  • Late fee charges may apply.

  • Fees are non-refundable, even if a student discontinues mid-month.

Included Facilities:

  • 2 Academy Jerseys (provided once)

  • First-class practice ground

  • Basic cricket equipment (pads, cones, stumps, etc.)

  • Trainer supervision

  • Strength & fitness sessions (as per the training program)

5. Ground & Nets Booking Policy

Timings & Charges:

  • Day: ₹2000–3000 per hour

  • Night: ₹3000–4000 per hour

Rules:

  • Prior booking is mandatory; walk-ins are not allowed.

  • Payment must be made in advance.

  • Cancellation must be done 24 hours before to be eligible for a refund.

  • Alcohol, smoking, or any illegal activity is strictly prohibited on the ground premises.

6. Tournament Package Policy

Tournament Charges: ₹30,000 per day

Included:

  • Washroom Facility

  • Water Can

  • Chairs for seating

  • Bluetooth Sound System & Microphone

  • Ground maintenance staff support

Rules:

  • Payment must be made in advance.

  • Any damage caused will be charged to the client.

  • Time duration must be followed strictly.

7. Safety & Discipline Rules

  • All players must wear proper cricket gear.

  • Following the instructions of coaches and staff is mandatory.

  • Any form of fight, misbehavior, or misconduct will lead to immediate action.

  • Mobile phones are not allowed during training sessions.

  • Parents are not allowed to interfere on the ground during training.

8. Health & Injury Policy

  • ICC aims to provide a safe environment, but injuries are a part of sports.

  • The club will not be responsible for any injury.

  • Players/parents are responsible for their own medical fitness.

  • Basic first aid will be provided in case of emergencies.

9. Photo & Video Usage Policy

  • The academy may use players’ photos/videos for promotional purposes (Website, Social Media, Advertising).

  • If any parent/guardian has an objection, they must inform in advance.

10. Website Usage Policy

  • All information provided on the website is for informational purposes.

  • Prices, timings, and policies are subject to change.

  • Any misuse of the website or content may lead to legal action.

11. Privacy Policy

We do not share any personal information of students/parents with third parties.
We collect data only for internal records.

  • Age & personal details

  • Payment details (securely stored)

All data is kept confidential and secure.
